The new and improved jar lids, made a huge difference..enabling me to make up batches of 20 of each species in just under 15minutes a strain..zero faff and not a single needle wasted and a fraction of the time 🙏 It feels good to get these all buttoned up.. A huge amount of time and effort has gone into these liquid cultures. From their initial transfer, then another transfer, then into the liquid broth, nurturing everyday, stiring and checking for zero signs of contam.
