If there was a Mt. Rushmore for mustard @kozliksmustard would be on it. They have so many incredible offerings but their Market Mustard and Old Smokey Mustard are my favs. What are your favs? The two above are summer staples for any and every BBQ for me. Perfection. They have just the right heat, and just the right sweet. A must visit at the St. Lawrence Market and a must have for any mustard enthusiast. Unreal!!! Thanks for the conversation and for the amazing mustard!

Grateful for the opportunity to sit down and enjoy so many incredible meals this year! Here are a few more of them (in no particular order):
1-2) The new smashburger special and a classic negroni from @tos.low = Incredible!!!
3) Fantastic Pad Thai from Oriens in Moncton, NB. This was magical!
4) The brooklyn style pepperoni pizza from @volcano_bakery in CBS = A fav of ours!
5) This beautiful corned beef sandwich and knish from @pancersoriginaldeli in Toronto. When I fall asleep at night, I dream of this sandwich.
6) Best soft pretzels in the known universe by @colingleigh who is an incredible human being and baker. Pretzels served with market mustard by @kozliksmustard and Keen’s Mustard. Is it wrong that I collect mustards?
7-9) Dim Sum and Wonton Soup from @jindragonnl in Paradise. So glad to have a great spot for dim sum that is right around the corner!

Just before we settled into our booth for @rootsrantsroars , my buddy, @bigbadhilliard snapped this. This is the festival where we had our first popup back in 2018. From the get go, we have loved the emphasis on local ingredients from all over this smiling land. If you have been, you know that the food is life changing but it isn’t to be outdone by the community of people who put together and attend this amazing festival. It’s life, creativity, community and more. Each year we love it and each year when it ends we look forward to the next. We, @gluttonsanddrunkards are already looking forward to September 2024! ✌️

When we were in the area last weekend for @rootsrantsroars , we stopped by @theborealdiner and as per usual had an unreal meal. This is the ribeye dinner. First it winked at me from the menu and then it changed my life. This shio koji-marinated ribeye was magic. Tender, juicy and the hedgehog mushroom puree with winter chanterelles underneath… No words. I forgot to take a snap of the G&T made with @woodenwallsdistilling which was also fantastic! Big thanks to the crew at Boreal for a great night!!! Meal 1of2 🍻
