Annnd, here's another new addition to my upcycled vintage/handmade collection that will be debuted this weekend at @mosswood_meltdown_i_love_you !! Freehand painted and vintage rhinestone embellishments. There's a coat of *super sparkle* so everything has a silvery shine! Looks so good in the light!

Welcome LUCKY to the collection! Every now and then, I add another embellished denim jacket to my handmade upcycled collection. This is the most recent one! This jacket is dedicated to the memory of my Aunt Kay, who passed away this past February. She loved horses and the fabric used to make this jacket was from her collections. I added embroidery details, nailhead studs and rhinestone studs to the bridal and leather harnesses, as well as to the horseshoes on the front. The name "LUCKY" is a beaded and sequined vintage applique that has been hanging around my collection for over a decade and is most definitely from the 1970s or 80s. This denim jacket, as well as 2 others, will be available this coming weekend at @mosswood_meltdown_i_love_you !! I have a fun collection of upcycled vintage pieces that will debut at the Meltdown! Can't wait to share them with you!!

Introducing the first of my upcycled vintage collections that will be available July 6/7 at @mosswood_meltdown_i_love_you ! This is just the first 3...there's 6 of these jackets in the Bunny theme! Each jacket is one of a kind and includes velvet bunny appliques, along with flocked lettering! Classic B-Boy style, inspired by the grooves of @thegyptianlover ! Sizes and fits vary. Come see for yourself at the Meltdown!

The countdown is ON for 2024 MOSSWOOD MELTDOWN!! I'm absolutely thrilled to be back in Vendorville alongside a roster of groovy vendors bringing vintage, handmade, tshirts, records, art and more!! This year, I will be showcasing the work of @morbidmanda of @bettertombsandgardens and @nessamia of @sun_moon_earth_fire_air_water ! In addition to my exclusive Mosswood Meltdown Vintage collection (that has been building over the past year!!!), I have several upcycled vintage collections that will be debuted at the Meltdown! Stay tuned for sneak peeks!! I couldn't do this event without the help and support of my brother @_moded_ and I'm excited to welcome my lifelong friend @nessamia , who'll be helping out on Saturday!! Don't sleep on this event! The line-up of bands for both days is phenomenal and if you've never been before, this is one of the most colorful and inclusive events of the year. SATURDAY! I'm super thrilled to be participating in the Grand Opening party for The Collective at @vinteigeview ! Join the festivities this Saturday, June 15th from 10am-2pm as we welcome 10+ vendors for our Vintage Market, grand opening showcase for our new vendor family, a food truck, beverages & tunes shared by myself amd my brother @_moded_ !! It's going to be a fun time!! Don't miss out!

I recently started working with the awesome crew at @narrativeoakland - it's inspiring being in that space and there's so many beautiful, unique, unusual, magical, historic, etc treasures contained within. Here's a few of my favorite picks from this week. That incredible bronze two faced cup from 1920s France is probably my absolute favorite in the shop. A close second, also from France, is this wonderfully whimsical floor lamp that reminds me of a cartoon character. And for the bibliophile in me, there's a booth filled with all kinds of wonderful books, novels, art books, etc. Zoom into that last slide to see the collection of 20th century authors of note, including Dorothy Parker, Albert Camus, John Steinbeck and so many more! The store is open 7 days a week and definitely worth a visit!

OOOOOooookay! I am back at @mosswood_meltdown_i_love_you this July 6/7 in the Vendor Village! I'm busy cooking up lots of fun stuff for y'all and can't wait to see all of your beautiful faces 🥰 If you have yet to buy your tickets, you still can!! We were blessed with the most beautiful weather for this Market weekend. Thank you to all who came out and shopped my booths at @oaklandvintagemarket and @alamedaantiquesfaire ! I've been working on some very special collections that'll be debuting at @mosswood_meltdown_i_love_you in July.
