Thank you for showing me the lake, eating all the ice cream we could, and reminding me how good it feels when we celebrate one another.
Just like that, convention season has come to a close! I feel honored to have ended it with you in Maryland.
I have learned so much from visiting state conventions all over the country, but for now, I’ll share that I my heart is full of gratitude and joy.
With Wilbur-Ellis and Valent, agriculture is in good hands!
Recently, we traveled to Salinas and San Ramon, California. These visits were a great reminder of the steps our food products go through before they reach our plates. Our fruits and vegetables require special care, and these agriculturalists are dedicated to ensuring the best quality.
We are thankful for Wilbur-Ellis and Valent’s support of FFA and their efforts in enhancing our agricultural education in the lab, classroom, or in the field.
…oh and the drone in the first picture weighs about 500 pounds!!

America’s Dairyland is filled with “moo”tivatonal people, and I had the best time getting to know them!
Convention season is coming to a close… I only have one more left to visit. Stay tuned!!
Texas SLC you were good to me!
I had the honor of spending time with over 100 Texas FFA area officers at their state leadership conference! Between workshops, getting rowdy to win the spirit award (Sally the Salamander🦎), important committee work, and building life long connections, I am reminded why I love FFA - because of the people.
I two stepped my night away at their FFA dance and I leave Texas knowing I have friends all across the state!

What a fun couple days at Session 2 of Chapter Officer Leadership Training. I know I left Aurora, NE a better person!

Being with my teammates for a week in our nation’s capital was insightful, inspiring, and a powerful reminder of our role in shaping the future of agriculture.
During conversations with representatives of various agencies like USDA, EPA, and NASDA, Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack, and legislators, agriculture was at the forefront of each discussion.
I feel grateful to be a part of an industry that feeds, fuels, and clothes the world, and to have the opportunity to advocate for its future.
…plus, we had some time to explore the U.S. Botanical Gardens, play some bocce ball, and ate a lot of great food!!
The National FFA Organization strives to serve as the voice for both American agriculture & youth; a crucial piece of the puzzle for solving today’s modern day issues with cutting edge solutions. Thankfully, @growthenergy sees this work as crucial, as they have worked hand-in-hand with our organization since 2010.
During our time in Washington D.C., we met with Growth Energy, who serves as the voice of America’s biofuel industry. Together, we can create a planet that is cleaner & greener all while reimagining what’s possible with crops in our bioeconomy. 🌱
