What an incredible effort from
@jasblucher taking home a medal in all her divisions as well as the best poser award at the ICN QLD Brisbane Classic.
Jas always bought a bundle of energy and smiles to each of her sessions, with her own eye for detail and improvements she was always asking questions on where she could improve and advice on different poses and transitions for herself.
Massive congrats, and what a big achievement for your first season of competing. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of it and what a bright future ahead 🌟
How far out from show did you start posing?
My first ever posing session was October 2022 with my coach
@jasminetemplinfitness which was 18 months out from my first comp!
What was the hardest part of posing?
Hardest part of posing was learning how to engage certain muscles, especially my lats!
What was the most enjoyable part?
Posing with friends was definitely a highlight!! Either at the group posing classes or catching up with friends to pose was always sooo much fun!
Any posing tips/tricks for first timers?
My biggest piece of advice would be to start early and do it as often as you can! You don’t necessarily need to do it every single day but make each posing session count!! Put on a banging playlist that makes you feel good and put in the work!!
Anything other advice you would like to add?
Favourite posing playlists on Spotify are - any burlesque soundtracks, stripper songs, confident energy and IFBB Bikini posing playlists.
