Aanda Ghotala Ingredients Butter 3-4 tbsp Onion 5 medium Green chilli 4 nos Coriander powder 3-4 tbsp Red chilli powder 1 tbsp Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder 1 tsp Pav bhaji masala 2 tsp Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp Tomato 4-5 medium Salt to taste Eggs 8 nos Fresh coriander Preparation Step 1. In a walk ad in 3 to 4 table spoons of butter any choice of your butter whether it salted or unsalted after that add in finally chopped onions and sote the onions until they are transparent or translucent. After the onion stunt transparent its time to add in finally chopped green chillies for the green chillies for about 2 seconds. Step 2. Now add in your spices coriander powder red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, pav bhaji masala, black pepper powder, & ginger garlic paste all this until all the spices are cooked completely and nicely and at the end you will feel the smell of the ginger garlic paste is completely gone or you feel as it is cooked. Step 3. Now add in finally chop tomatoes sorted the tomatoes for about 4 to 5 seconds once a tomatoes are nicely done or Messi add in Salt mix everything now add in eggs in it so crack open 5 to 6 eggs and add into the pan now break them all mix them all nicely until they form like bhurji. Once done take two boiled eggs and scramble them or great them and add to the pan now mix everything will add in finally chopped coriander. Your Aanda ghotala is now ready to be serve. Serve it with some toasted bread.
