But the principles shared are applicable to any role or opportunity that we are striving towards. Often times we want things and we’re not even ready for them. The Bible says, (1 Coe. 10:13) “He will not allow more on us than we can handle” (paraphrased). You realize that’s applicable to both bad and good. No more would we as a responsible parent put keys into a two-year-old’s hands, will He👆🏾place you into an opportunity that you are not ready for. It’s not the opportunity or the thing that we want that’s the problem…usually it’s US! In a world of affirmations, personal growth and entrepreneurialism - we often put these lofty plans in place such as becoming a millionaire, building a home, doing all these things- but are we truly READY for that? Do you even know how to file and handle business taxes? Do you know how to manage the hundreds you have now -let alone millions? Do you take care of your one-bedroom apartment or are you waiting for that Dreamhouse to take care of it? Our readiness is directly connected to God’s windows of blessings and opportunities opening in our lives. He does not want us to fail, He wants you to WIN!
