I’ve been both..
I’ve been the girl that disregards her boundaries, plays small, tries to be perfect, doesn’t take up space or express her sensuality, doesn’t protect her energy, overrides her nervous system, and is de attached.

All of this is disconnecting us from being embodied in our divine feminine. Yes the feminine is loving, nurturing and soft but she’s also wild, messy, raw..
And the biggest difference is that the softness should come from feeling safe and not be fear driven.
We have to unlearn our conditioning of how a woman should be in this world, and what box she needs to fit in. We need to heal our wounds and remove the limitations we have on ourselves.
Suppressing our free expression because of how we believe we’ll be perceived or what we fear will happen if we are our unapologetic most expressive and empowered self - will never give us what we truly need and deserve.
Because guess what, everything you lose by living your truth, was never meant for you anyway.
Healing happens when we get to know all parts of ourselves. When we embrace both the light and dark feminine.
When we honor our truth, connect with our inner strength and power, feel at home in our bodies and our s€xual energy, accessing creativity, strengthening our boundaries and intuition, voicing our needs and unapologetically claiming our desires.
It’s time to reclaim you power, and attract what you desire and deserve through being YOU❤️🔥
