Many folks are concerned if their heart rate is out of the normal range (60-100)
If you are otherwise young and healthy:
🫀Slow rates can be seen in active people, especially if you run or play sports.🏀
🫀Fast rates while running or playing sports is also normal as well
🫀Heart rates can also be high with anxiety,adderall, caffeine, alcohol, drug use, infection, or pain.
If your rates are >200 bpm, that is a good time to find a cardiologist. Also, try what we call vagal maneuvers to get your heart to slow down
