On Saturday May 25th 2024, 69 masters degrees in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship were awarded!
Keepsake hoods were gifted to each graduate, presented by Director McHugh as their name was called on stage at the School of Engineering Masters Reception.

To kick off Commencement, PRIME held a celebratory cocktail party for the PRIME Class of 2024 at the exquisite University Club of Providence. Fantastic hors d’oeuvres and a selection of wines and cocktails were served, and the traditional PRIME awards were announced. We also had the pleasure of hearing a speech from our first PRIME student valedictorian Will Sinfield, and encouraging words from PRIME Director Patrick McHugh. It was an evening filled with joy and camaraderie and even a few surprises! 🥂

Hard to believe it has already been 1 month since we got back from San Francisco, California!
The 2024 PRIME Immersion Trip to the San Francisco Bay Area kicked off with a welcome event on Strawberry Hill at Golden Gate Park! Throughout the week, over 50 PRIME students had the opportunity to meet and network with representatives from over 20 cutting-edge Silicon Valley-based companies, including on-sight company tours exclusively organized for PRIME. 🌁☀️

Watch Brown’s most advanced ventures pitch their ideas for a chance to win a total of $50k in prizes!
The Brown Venture Prize supports teams who have identified a significant opportunity whose ventures have the potential to create “impact at scale”. Winners will receive prize money ($25k for 1st place; $15k for second; and 10k for 3rd), expert mentorship, and an all-expense paid trip to NYC to meet with leaders in the Brown entrepreneurial ecosystem and beyond.
