We are back with the 2nd edition of THE CUT-OUT BODY!
THE CUT-OUT BODY is a selection of video essays, experimental films and moving images that have as a common theme the body: its materiality, its details, its textures, its cultural meanings, and its traumas.
THE CUT-OUT BODY will be part of TUTTA BASE, a 36 hrs festival dedicated to music, bodies and arts organized by BASE Milano, whose gates will be open Friday 7th June at 7PM. Here some information:

Carne Suave es un cuerpo. Un cuerpo viscoso, templado y húmedo. Un cuerpo irremediablemente acogedor. Carne suave es un cuerpo que te traga, que te acoge dentro de sí para poder comerte, pero que a la vez te protege del exterior, un exterior frío y rígido. Carne suave es un cuerpo que te engulle y te digiere poco a poco, suavemente, hasta que sin haberte dado cuenta formas parte de él. Eres parte de esa materia viscosa que abraza lo que entra y lo integra en su ser, siempre suave.

Tra ritratto e sguardo, soggetto e oggetto, un processo di esplorazione intima che racconta l’universo se$suale di un corpo queer. Miss Italia di Beatrice Favaretto fa parte di The Cut-out Body, una selezione speciale fatta da Cinema Parentesi di opere che hanno come tema comune il corpo, la sua materialità, i suoi dettagli, le sue texture, i suoi significati culturali e i suoi traumi.
Miss Italia è un viaggio intimo nell’universo erotico di Ludovica, modella e fotografa queer, costruito secondo un percorso in divenire, di analisi, dialogo e lavoro sulla rappresentazione se$suale di sé.
Miss Italia e The Cut-Out Body sono a TUTTA BASE, la trentasei ore di musica, corpi e arti che il 7 e l’8 giugno inaugura la nostra lunga, caldissima Estate con musica non stop, proiezioni, performance, lezioni di ballo, tatuaggi, meditazioni e molto altro ancora.
