He joined our team in 2010, bringing with him 20 years of high-end, high-volume culinary experience, and he has been making a BIG impact ever since. While his main areas of work focus on dining menu management/development, new concept implementation, field support, purchasing compliance, and leading through demonstrating culinary excellence, Chef David always goes above and beyond and finds creative ways to not only support the work of Corporate Chefs but our larger family of companies. 🍴💼
On top of his main scope of work, he also assists our Elior North America team, offering his talents as a member of the Inflation Response Team, Waste Nothing Committee, Culinary Leadership Council, Prepped Cross-Segment Packaged Food Committee, and the O365 Ambassador’s Team. 🌟👨🍳
David is passionate about technology 💻, researches everything before buying, and lives on a lake where he pursues his love of freshwater fishing 🎣. He is a lover of animals 🐱, especially his cat, and his incredible wife, Betty! ❤️👩❤️👨
