When I first heard this song (“Evidence”), it was the very same day that my first book, “Claim Your Crown” turned 4…it was also the very same day that I received the opportunity to become Miss Supranational Haiti 2024. (How amazing is it that I was appointed a crown on the anniversary of my book that teaches others how to claim theirs? 🥹)
I was at church, moved to tears as the beautiful dancers interpreted the song…and it marked a moment for me. Whilst listening to the lyrics, I said “yes” to the assignment. It suddenly dawned on me that my dream of representing Haiti on a global stage was truly happening—just in a different way. As the song says, “same God, different promise.” The journey wasn’t at all what I thought it would look like but it has made this experience that much more beautiful (that’s a story for another day 😊)
It happened! It’s HAPPENING. I’m really out here in Poland for Miss Supranational, yall 😩 One of the most renowned pageants in the world! I’ve been here for almost three weeks and THIS weekend, I take the international stage for the big finale.
Right now, it doesn’t feel quite real (it’s all going so fast!) but one thing is for sure: I am living proof that God keeps promises and that dreams do come true in His perfect timing 🤍
Thanks for being here for the journey! Here’s another amazing shoot I did with
