Long post: At the age of 6 months old I was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis. CF is a disease that affects the lungs & digestive system and deteriorates it over time (degenerative disease). For some people who dont know I left Montreal 1 month ago for an indeterminate amount of time. I set out to travel Asia with 2 goals in mind, to reset my mental health and my physical well being as well as work on content surrounding CF. Before Covid started approximately 2 years ago, my lung function was well above 70% and my weight was stable at 155 LBS. In December of 2021 I was hospitalized for 3 weeks due to my lung function dropping drastically (50%) and my weight dropping to 135 LBS which was my weight when I was 15. I’ve always loved to challenge myself daily in the things that I do, and I’ve always loved to “Seek Discomfort” in everyday life, im normally scared to death of heights, but ive challenged myself to push my limits and challenge myself to face my fears. (Shoutout @yestheory & @seek.discomfort ). Simple message here, dont take things for granted, envision your dreams and bring them to life, work & hustle consistently to live the life you’ve always dreamed of, and push your limits out of your comfort zone.

The moment I found out what my lung percentage was at after a month on Trikafta. I went from 52% lung function, coughing daily, vomiting cause of excessive coughing, back pain cause of coughing, extreme weight loss, to 88% lung function and 13 pounds gained in one month. What a year. 2023 was my first full year running my business and ive accomplished so much, im going into 2024 debt free, with investment opportunities, new clients & a whole new mindset. This picture represents my year perfectly, all year long my mind was racing 100 miles a minute with creative thoughts flowing to the point where I would have troubles sleeping, the black background represents my blank canvas that 2024 will be, the possibility to endlessly create has given me a new meaning to life.
