Mon Cher Garcon is a picture I did for my grandpa. It’s about the hardships he faced as a Creole boy in the 1930’s South. We turned his old quilt into a coat for this picture and I’m glad to finally be putting it out into the world. Thank you @bijonvaughn for meeting me in the rain and then enduring this shoot at 9 months pregnant.
