Kite Festival happening now!

In preparation for our 4th ‘Annual Community & Unity People’s Kite Festival’ this Saturday, our kite masters Dajin Yoon and Stevie Choi have led a series of workshops for students at Ann Street Elementary, the public school nearest to LA State Historic Park. Every student at the school has had the chance to construct and decorate their own kite, learning about artistic principles like symmetry and positive/negative space. Say hi to Ann Street @annstreetelementary at their table at the Kite Festival, and look out for their collaged kites soaring through the sky on Saturday, May 11, from 2:00 - 6:00 PM.
