7/29/2024 save the date!! I’m going to be releasing 2 very anticipated songs for my birthday that I’ve been playing in my DJ sets for a while now. Once again huge thank you to @bell.curve and @heylibuse for the early support on these tracks late last year while I was still getting Heli Feature (Ladies First) in slide 2 mixed and Silk Moth in slide 3 mastered by @pickle__puss who is the mastering engineer for both of these tracks so also a huge thank you to her. And another thanks to all of the people who are close to me and the many new producer/DJ friends who i’ve sent these tracks to and given feedback or support i love u guys so much you all know who u are ♥️♥️☺️☺️ nothing else left to say that i am so stoked to release these tracks (physical release TBD 🤔) and to see you all dance because truly there would be no dance music without people dancing, i truly cannot think of a better way to begin my dreaded saturn return. Starting a new mix series on my soundcloud, these mixes will be made of all the steppy, bassy, and skanky tunes that i love. It’s a little obvious at this point, but it’s always good to practice good, clear, and intentional communication. 🤓 Polari: Firestone & Friends (or PFF as less of a mouthful) is a new series hosted at B. West (@frankybradleys ) with the sole intent of showing off how talented my friends are. Some nights will be a b2b, some will be just me, and some will be just my friends! But what we’re going for here is A) good music and B) lineup simplicity. NOTE: This first installment is Feb. 10th. HOWEVER, this will be a recurring series occurring on the first Saturday of every month (unless otherwise stated). First up to bat is Lexieglass! @lexieglass.all1word . Lexieglass is a fusion of UK and US dance music across a variety of BPMs. She focuses on bass and percussion heavy tracks that create an infectiously danceable atmosphere, as well as unusual textures to offset the usual darkroom culture of these genres. Come celebrate January’s birthday next Tuesday the 30th with us at Happyfun Hideaway!!! This is actually my NYC debut so im excited to be playing with some wonderful friends and overall just have fun with it. Instagram keeps glitching and only lets me tag 20 people at time so feel free to tag any i missed in the comments but every artist featured in these mixes made this edition of back 2 the squats with Juan & Inni and my international broadcast debut feel so special and i am still so excited about it 🥲 The first hour with Inni and Juan is a bit slower, deep and rhythmic, warming up for my hour which gets intense and high energy 💃🏻 Thank you all for dancing and listening it means the world to me! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
