♡ I’m Courtney, you can call me Cour (added that nickname back in my 2000s era when my screen name was hardcour hahah 😅)
♥︎ Engaged to my fiancé 💍 and we have Graham 👦🏼 our almost 2 year old & another sweet bundle coming February 24’ 👶🏼
♡ Created Lovedknots on maternity leave & haven’t looked back, it’s been a beautiful blessing and a gift that has been passed down from my mother.
♥︎ I’m born on my daddy’s birthday April 2nd and it’s the coolest thing of all time 🎂
♡ Ive had my cosmetology license since 2008 and have used it ever since. I run my own brow & lash business behind a chair / space I rent out at my friends salon.
♥︎ My biggest advice I’d love to give is, if you have a dream or vision of what you want your life to look like, you can do it 🫶🏻

Keep on keeping on. Keep working on it.
Don’t give up, but when you have to redo something take it as more practice to get your craft where you want it to be.
I thank @endeemade for her amazing eye tutorial to help me get started. It’s a great reference when starting embroidery eyes.

Day 3 REAL TALK
About to throw in the towel because..
I’ve never made a crochet garment before
I’ve also realized 1/4 of the way in I’m hating this texture and won’t end up the way I’m envisioning
Took most of my crochet time last evening scrolling the internet for new yarn in the perfect matching colors, DOESNT exist (enter my new adventure creating my own yarn brand cuz I get so angry with color selection)
Mind races a million times over.. stop myself
See everyone else already doing it and I’m annoyed cuz I wanted to stand out… be different maybe who knows anyone else!? End rant
