Next Thursday, we’re doing a special screening of Vibrations - the 1996 fever dream of a film about a guy who loses his hand (literally) and becomes an electronic music sensation! Vibrations has a little something for everyone - Twin Peaks fans, those who crush on Christina Applegate, electronic music enthusiasts, and anyone who likes fun. Hosted at Expo - showtime 8pm, we’ll have beverages and snacks available for purchase, and feel free to stay around and hang out after the movie. Tickets linked in bio! Come see Avalon @madvalon and Ethan’s @ethan.eng feature debuts together, and hear them talk in person on December 8 at The Royal Cinema!
These two first screened at Slamdance this year and since then have definitely proven themselves to be two of Canada’s most exciting emerging filmmakers. Come see it IRL. We’ll also be selling some fun tees and some newly pressed Honeycomb Blu Rays!
This is also the first screening hosted by @lucent.film , super stoked to be co-presenting this with Peter @peterkapow . Someone who has always been such a champion of young experimental filmmakers!
