💥 Turin is ready for @futur_festival and so are we!💥 Kappa FuturFestival is the biggest electronic music festival in Italy and @marinella.senatore is back this year to light up its nights. "What I have tried to do with this work is to create a space for us, for everyone, where we can let go, where we can reinvent ourselves and where music and dance, together with the energy of people's bodies, enhance this experience. For me, a stage has always been a social platform and therefore the perfect place to imagine a new idea of 'church' and transformative possibilities" says the artist. To illuminate the nights of the festival, Senatore has created a site-specific light sculpture to be displayed on The Kosmo stage, where the worlds of art, music and technology will come together. Art Basel Unlimited opens today for the VIP Preview, and we are delighted to welcome visitors to discover ‘Il trionfo di San Giorgio’ (1974) by the Italian artist Salvo. Standing over 2.5 metres high and nearly 8 metres long, this work, d'après Carpaccio, breathes new life and meaning into the classical iconography of the Christian hero defeating the dragon.
