Something I learned from my sister @dvl_85 …
If you have more than one child, make time for them individually from the other sibling/siblings. As stretched as you are as a mama, it’s so important to give space, one-on-one time with each child.
This gives room to hear their thoughts, go through their feelings, create a special bond, safety and security outside of the family dynamic and a relationship that honors who they are outside of the family unit.
Leah and I had the best time. I was so tried, but as soon as I saw her joy, it gave me life and energy, I never feel that I have.
