Proud to announce that we negotiated a contract to give our employees a 16.5% salary increase over the next three years. This is in recognition of the great work our deputies, civilians, and corrections deputies do every single day for the citizens of Palm Beach County. #SheriffRicBradshaw

Congratulations to all the students who received scholarships, ranging from $1,000 to $1,250, for their higher education. We’re proud to support these 150 students of our employees. Additionally, over the past 12 months, Broken Star has helped many employees who experienced unforeseen catastrophic events. Community policing is crucial during hurricane preparedness, it helps ensure we’re ready to support each other in times of need.
