Apparel Design | Collection 2024 | 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘆 & 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
The Senior Thesis Trajectory is comprised of two collaborative courses: Senior Thesis Design Identity and Senior Thesis Collection Development.
Senior Thesis Design Identity this year taught by JOFF
@joffofoffjoff [Fall & Spring Semester] focuses on Research, Concept, Development of Design Principles, Design Translation, International Flavors & Fragrance Project, Professional Portfolio, Collection Staging, Collection Statement, and world buildings aspects such as the IFF Video, Look-Book and Editorial Photography.
Senior Thesis Collection Development this year taught by Catherine Andreozzi
@c.ozz.i [Fall & Spring Semester], Jeung-Hwa Park [Fall Semester], and Meg Decubellis
@megdecubellis [Spring Semester] focuses on Color, Materiality, Design Development & Translation, and all technical aspects in the realization of the Senior Thesis Collections, such as Clo3D, Pattern Drafting & Cutting, Tailoring, Finishings and Knitwear.
For the Collection 2024 Runway Show Catherine Andreozzi and Meg Decubellis took the lead in being in charge of backstage. Guiding the senior students through the organizational systems of operation in getting the 65 models ready for line-up. JOFF supported the Collection 2024 Runway Show with Art Direction & Graphic Design for all collateral – such as Press Packages, Advertisements, Invitations, Posters, and Runway Show Signage, etc.
Outside of the dedicated support from Senior Thesis Faculty, the Collection 2024 Runway Show was supported by our Academic Specialist Elaine Hetu, Assistant Junior Students Adrian Aviles
