Calling all ballet teachers: There's still time to apply to be an SAB National Visiting Fellow for the 2024-2025 school year!
Visiting Fellows are invited to attend two all-expenses-paid sessions during SAB’s Winter Term, where they observe a range of SAB classes, meet with faculty to discuss SAB’s curriculum and strategies for progression, teach SAB students and receive faculty feedback, and discuss relevant topics in dance education with administrative staff and faculty. In addition, the home school of each Visiting Fellow receives a monetary award of $5,000, to be applied to current or future diversity-related initiatives.
Applications close on June 30, so don't delay!

In honor of Juneteenth, SAB’s studios and offices are closed. Juneteenth, also known as Freedom Day, reminds us of our incredible capacity to heal and emerge from our darkest moments. As we celebrate today, we invite our community to learn and reflect on the centuries of struggle and courage that have brought us to this time of progress and possibility. Today, we reaffirm our commitment to the work of ensuring our art form becomes more equitable and accessible for all its participants. Happy Juneteenth!
