I'm beyond happy to announce my solo show at @cameratorino opening next November 3rd. Curated by Giangavino Pazzola (@gianpazzola ), it is conceived as a path that goes beyond the museum walls to reach the spaces of @ogr_torino where my interactive installation "Persuasive System" will be installed and displayed in the Corte Est and the Foyer. The whole show sees the engagement of many people who have collaborated with me over the years. A special thanks go to @offshore.studio.ch and @lars_willumeit for "How to Secure a Country". @leonardo_angelucci and @marco_lurati for "Persuasive System". I also want to thank all the staff at Camera – Centro Italiano per la Fotografia, Samuele Piazza and OGR, Emanuele Norsa and Ncontemporary for their precious work and support. The show is supported by @prohelvetia and in collaboration with OGR and @ncontemporary_gallery #htsac + #show #persuasivesystem #ogrtorino #cameratorino

B O D Y ≠ How would social dynamics change by erasing gender differences? Taking for granted the binary social subdivision of male and female which creates defined and definitive roles, the aim of the project is to highlight the dialectic relationship between the research of freedom beyond sexual and gender categories and the necessity of auto and social identification within a category. We are not interested in defining the “rules” of a new society but to open up a dialogue and possibilities, expressing tension, without giving answers. These should be found by the viewers themselves. @saralevarato @lucakleinkopf

DIPLORAMA in one week!! Are you curious to see our students’ final projects? - Here’s Genderless Society by Sara Levarato and Luca Testolin - How would social dynamics change by erasing gender differences? Taking for granted the binary social subdivision of male and female which creates defined and definitive roles, the aim of the project is to highlight the dialectic relationship between the research of freedom beyond sexual and gender categories and the necessity of auto and social identification within a category. We are not interested in defining the ‘‘rules’’ of a new society but to open up a dialogue and possibilities, expressing a tension without answers which should be found by the viewer itself. The compositions are geometrically constructed, with a central point of view to convey a feeling of stillness and ‘‘equality’’ given by the same distance from the centre. The main colour is white because it has an equal quantity of all the colours in the spectrum, therefore containing both their positive and negative aspects. The pictures are divided into three couples: Body, Relationships, and Identity. - #design #visualcommunication #photography #workshops #project #gender #white #communication #exhibitdesign #studentdesign #studentproject #designer #unique #unibz _designxart #utopia #design #play #photooftheday #designdaily #unibz _designxart #unibz #gotrilingual #università #universität #university #bozen #bolzano #southtyrol #südtirol #altoadige @unibz @visitsouthtyrol @bolzanobozenmagazine @altoadigeweb @altoadigedascoprire @unibz_designxart
