Smith & Webster 16oz Bone-in Hawaiian Rib Eye is seasoned with black lava salt, giving it a unique and flavorful crust. It is cooked to perfection, resulting in a juicy and tender steak.
Served alongside the steak is a delicious twice-baked potato. The potato is baked, then the flesh is scooped out, mixed with butter, cheese, and other seasonings, and then stuffed back into the potato skin. It is then baked again until golden and crispy on the outside, and creamy on the inside.
Accompanying the steak and potato is a side of asparagus. The asparagus is lightly seasoned and grilled to bring out its natural flavors and add a touch of smokiness.
To complement the flavors of the steak, a house-made steak sauce is provided. This sauce is made with a blend of savory ingredients, garlic, and herbs, creating a rich and tangy sauce that enhances the taste of the steak.
MIAMI, FL - We opened this brand almost three years ago, and it quickly became a sensation, both for good and challenging reasons. We’ve hosted legendary R&B singer Ginuwine, hometown philanthropist and Northwestern Head Coach Teddy Bridgewater, Celebrity Chef Carla Hall, and even received praise from Kevin Hart for our team’s tireless work. While we appreciate the celebrity visits, they pale in comparison to the 83,000 guests from South Florida, Detroit, Houston, Atlanta, New York, and other cities across the United States, and even more recently, a billionaire and his family who dined with us after the Formula 1 race who left our staff their largest tip of nearly $3,000.
However, we never had the chance to truly build a system and experience that represents our city. Due to necessary repairs, we’ve been forced to take this opportunity to do just that. Our plan is to reopen the first week of September 2024, with a focus on improving our dining room aesthetics, enhancing our bar to foster a more robust happy hour and bar culture among urban professionals and tourists, refining our menu, reducing wait times, improving our servers, and providing better services for large parties.
If you’ve dined with us, please share your suggestions on how we can deliver excellence and elevate your dining experience. We are grateful for your patience during our build-out and encourage you to visit our Coral Springs location until we reopen our Miami location in September 2024. #miami#smithandwebster#new
We look forward to stay connected while we build out our space and make the needed repairs. Please visit us at our Coral Springs location. We will also have our food truck available during this process. #miami#foodie#305
