🤖 HYPERSENSUAL OVERCLOCKING 2024 Making Machines Fell 36 hours hackathon From Friday, July 19th to Sunday, July 21st @memo_mediatecamontanari Fano (IT) REGISTRATION LINK IN BIO Join us at @yaya_labs_ @desdemonarobot at Hypersensual Overclocking 2024: Making Machines Feel, an exciting hackathon hosted by @umanesimo.artificiale at Fano, Italy, from Friday, July 19th to Sunday, July 21st! This event invites talented artists and engineers to explore the cutting-edge intersection of artificial intelligence and robotics. Participants will develop innovative hardware + AI systems capable of interpreting various inputs (such as environmental information, weather data, dreams, traumas, etc) and transforming them into creative robotic movements. The winning team will be entitled to a residency/internship within YayaLabs in order to integrate their project into Desdemona, our advanced digital and physical robotic platform, showcasing the potential of AI as a powerful interpreter that expands our understanding of the world. Requirements for Participation: 1. Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Unix Terminal (Bash), as well as familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Arduino, 3D printing technology, Blender, and a general creative technologist perspective.
 2. New Media, Digital Design, UX Design and artistic background are a must. 3. Interest in AI and Robotics: A strong passion for artificial intelligence and robotics, with a keen interest in developing innovative solutions. 4. Problem-Solving Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and critically, tackling complex problems with innovative approaches.
 5. Prior Experience: Previous experience with AI, machine learning, robotics, New Media, or related fields is highly desirable. 6. Availability: Commitment to participating fully throughout the duration of the hackathon, including pre-event and post-event evaluations. And if every new media reshapes us in profound and increasingly unhinged ways, then what and how are our bodies being understood, optimized, transformed? In “Always On My Mind,” buckle up for a crazy ass ride led by bad bitch AI Nicki Minaj and monstrous AI Elon Musk as they take you on a deranged journey through neurotech, disembodiment, and the mysteries beneath our skin. - @felstead.daniel Daniel Felstead is an academic and content producer whose practice focuses on the relationship between fashion, technology, and culture. With over 15 years of industry experience working as an experiential designer and strategist for the likes of Google, Microsoft, Nike, and Siemens he is the course leader of MA Fashion Media & Communication at the London College of Fashion (UAL). Daniel has given talks and presented work internationally, including Ambika P3, Architectural Association, Berlin Critics Week, Fundació Foto Colectania, Global Art Forum, PAF, Serpentine Galleries, Tate, and V&A. His PhD explored the work of artist Tino Sehgal in relation to speculative modes of production, materiality and the platform.
