Inspired by Parmigiano di Melanzane, this dish. Stuffed aubergine (mozzarella, parmigiano, pine nuts, basil/tomato sauce), served with focaccia and fresh, juicy tomatoes + pesto. ✨
Perfect for a summer evening picnic on the stairs! Briam: Greek oven dish (potato, aubergine, tomato, zucchini) served with labneh, marinated olives and crispy toast. Ask chef Kostas to wrap it for take away. 🥡
