Inspired by Parmigiano di Melanzane, this dish. Stuffed aubergine (mozzarella, parmigiano, pine nuts, basil/tomato sauce), served with focaccia and fresh, juicy tomatoes + pesto. ✨

Perfect for a summer evening picnic on the stairs! Briam: Greek oven dish (potato, aubergine, tomato, zucchini) served with labneh, marinated olives and crispy toast. Ask chef Kostas to wrap it for take away. 🥡

THIS! 👆🏻 Persian mushrooms (roasted in pomegranate / walnut sauce) + whole grain rice with dukkah (mix of seeds, spices, nuts) + Ottolenghi’s kohlrabi salad. So so so good. So so so vegan. 💚

We’ve got a new plant based milk. No more oat milk - so also people with gluten intolerance are in from now on! 🥛🌱

Next up: loaded sweet potato (quorn + sundried tomato + chickpeas + parsley + olives + feta crumble + lemon…), also vegan! Tonight from 1700.
