ONE YEAR BABYYYY
feeling (obviously) sappy and grateful. this year has been so fricken special and I’ve made such beautiful friends. I have learned to blend my eyeshadow stripes (thank god), to get the bigger packer (duh), and that sewing my jumpsuit on the way to the gig is just the pace I must go at, it’s part of the job.
I have not yet learned that jumping into the splits will cause injury 80% of the time. I have also not learned how not to flap my arms around. I am a flamboyant twink first and foremost, this is my truth. one of these days I’ll start stretching regularly and control my arms?
I have not yet learned photoshop but u know what? drag kings 🤝 a joint and a Canva edit.
drag kings, things, and trans drag are so unbelievably life giving and essential, and I feel lucky as hell to be able to make weird shit for people.
