I joined discovery medical aid in December and every single month they fail to debit my account and I need to do a manual payment which results in me not being covered for a few days of every single month. I have phoned countless times to fix this issue and I’m met with laughter and promises that it has been sorted when in truth and in fact this is not the case. Can someone urgently assist?

Did my health check, was advised by an agent on the chat I could choose any optometrist to do my eye test. Turns out that was false when I paid for it and it wasn't covered. Two agents since promised the world to resolve it and get back to me but I've heard nothing. Why should I follow up on their mistakes that cost me. Please help.
