Some tips and tricks for an extension move up maintenance on a
@bellamihairpro Hidden Beaded row.
- ALWAYS do the maintenance on clean hair. You shouldn’t to do a move up on oily roots, products, sweat, dandruff/dry scalp, etc. 1- Gross. 2- You want the bead to be on fresh clean hair to prevent the beads from slipping or trapping unwanted garbage, oils, or products underneath.
- Use a tail comb and clips to open and seperate the levels of wefts exposing the beads
- Move the sections of beads in a side to side to motion
- Clean out & comb the root of the natural hair in the beads. This will help your section remain clean, release shed, and have intention for the section. You can do this with a comb and fingers.
- Replace beads if necessary
-Maintain a 0° elevation
- Don’t place your bead too tight on base as it can cause discomfort. Remember to leave a little wiggle room for the bead to be able to move.
