We’re celebrating 8 years of Gracie’s Luncheonette this month (more like 10, if you count the early food truck days) and we couldn’t be happier to still be here. Won’t lie, there were many times along the way that we thought we wouldn’t make it and I’m not sure that will ever change— trying to make all this work within the ever changing atmosphere of the industry and the economy is really hard!!!— but thanks to you all, we are able to keep doing it! 😘🎂 True to our style, we always make our own birthday cake, so come grab a slice and toast with us to 8 years (or 10)! Gracie’s loves you! 💕

How we make our Tuna Melt:
Our kitchen team poaches fresh yellowfin tuna and then *gently* mixes it with our house made mayo + celery + red onion. Our bakers make the fluffy pain de mie (aka white bread) that gets sliced and stuffed with our tuna salad and house made American cheese. Then we add butter and griddle to crispy, melty perfection. The result looks like this. We do a lot of extra work to make sure you love it 😘
