1️⃣ 🍗CHICKEN SALAD PASTE RECIPE🥗
🫙THE DRESSING: Greek Yogurt, Mayo, Honey mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, cayenne pepper, siracha sauce and Italian seasoning
🛒 CHICKEN SALAD INGREDIENTS: cooked chicken breast (shredded), red onions, celery sliced, chopped apples, crushed Brazil nuts, grated cabbage and carrots
🧑🏽🍳COOKING GUIDE ⤵️
1. Whisk all dressing ingredients together & chill
2. Mix the salad ingredients together in a bowl
3. Either drizzle the dressing over chicken salad mix separately on your plate OR add the dressing to the entire bowl of chicken salad mix & toss it together.

2️⃣ 🍣 TUNA SALAD PASTE🥙
🛒INGREDIENTS: Tuna Chunk (canned), grated carrots, cranberries, pumpkin seeds, almonds, mayo, any pepper of your choice
🧑🏽🍳COOKING GUIDE: Mix all ingredients together in a paste & enjoy !

3️⃣ 🍳BREAKFAST EGG QUICHE🥧
🛒 INGREDIENTS: a large wrap, eggs, mozzarella, tomatoes, red onion, spinach, cottage cheese, pimento, garlic, salt, pepper & any milk of choice
🧑🏽🍳COOKING GUIDE ⤵️
- Place wrap into greased pie dish
- Spread the veggies onto the wrap 1st
- Then, mix eggs w/ the other ingredients & pour into the center of pie dish
- Bake for 20 minutes, Cool - Serve & Enjoy!😋👍🏽
