How are YOU helping your family (and yourself) to manage your overall mental wellbeing, emotions like Anxiety, Anger, Fear, Envy etc and prioritizing your own wellness to bring more Joy into your life?
We’ve had such a wonderful day at The International Day of Yoga event at Wanderers Cricket Stadium seeing everyone enjoy yoga classes, breathwork, meditation & more. Thank you to everyone who came to visit us.
Tips to manage your own mental wellbeing:
Move – stretch, walk, exercise, yoga etc
Breathe – take long, slow deep breaths (make your exhales longer than your inhales)
Connect – reach out to someone you enjoy spending time with and meet up
Play – with a pet, a friend, a child
Dance – listen to your favourite playlist and get dancing!
Eat well – keep it healthy and easy
Sleep well – try maximise your sleep length and quality if possible
