I believe this is 1970's. Made by Diamond Head in Hawaii, still has paper tag. Light weight and airy polyester. Pull over style. Very good overall condition, I don't see any holes or stains, the hem was taken up by a nonprofessional. Due to the print, it's not really noticeable and could probably be undone for an added inch to inch and a half.

~Waist measured flat is about 21.5 inches
~Length about 55 inches from shoulder to hem. 59 inches from the top of the back collar to hem. About an additional inch and a half can be let down in the hem.
