They are just cheating the customers. On 4th June they picked up my product and so long they have been telling me that the product failed in quality check and that the product is being reshipped. And now after one month the case manager contacted me and told that they haven't received the product itself and money is gone... Such cheats .. I have even shopped from small business websites but never have faced this.. I will definitely take this to court. We have spent our hard earned money and you can't just call and tell after month to show the proof of pick up. No proper update nothing.
