From a @segaldesign classroom to the @shedd_aquarium to the seas 🐚🐌 A group of @northwesterneng students designed a snackable shell, dubbed a “GastroPop,” to help inform strategies for restoration and conservation. The team worked with a Shedd Aquarium research biologist on the artificial snail’s design and even traveled to Miami for a field test.
