This day, in this moment, I wasn't 100% feeling it, but I'm thankful my friends @ekaterina_camilleri and @dolorescouceiro saw it in me and caught it on camera and video. So, on a different day in a different mindset, I appreciated this moment, I saw the vision they did, and I'm thankful I felt the fear and did it any way.
Today is a gift. Yesterday is a memory, and tomorrow is not promised. Be kinder to the Today you. Do the things. Be beautiful. The future you will thank you for being so brave in the moment.

I need to be honest even though with amazing products from @celesty.official and everything I'm working with naturally the before isn't terrible, the after is fantastic.
I was so stressed about this shoot.
I've gained weight since my last. I am aware I'm more than the dimples in my thighs or the lines by eyes. Yet.... sometimes they smother us. Drowned in insecurities and doubt of how amazing we are.
Side bar I'm also aware of who I am, what I've overcame, lived, endured, survived, and healed from to stand and smile for this photo. So yes. I had a moment. I'm not where I was.... but I'm still deserving of this moment.
Enjoy the moments, and show up even when you don't feel worthy. You are.
