The Caramelo Brookie - mess free baking at its best!
All you need is - a tub of Choc Brownie Edible Cookie Dough and 3 large @cadburyaust Caramello Koalas.
Start by lining a small baking tray. Push in enough cookie dough to make a thin layer over the base, flatten with baking paper.
Push your koalas into the cookie mix, then bake for 10 mins at 180.
If you are looking to bake something a little special tonight, but also can’t be bothered with the clean up, this is for you!

Crafted with milk lovingly raised from Montbéliardes and Holstein cows who graze on the dense pastures - each cheese is infused with this terroir the essence of the region, and promises to transport you straight to the heart of the Rhône-Alpes.

This past weekend, @fayevnz and i attended the Sydney @goodfoodwine show!!! I have been waiting MONTHS for it to arrive here but I had no idea how incredible of an experience it would be (so much so we had to come for a second day!!).
I felt a different sense of belonging here — seeing so many people come together to celebrate their love for food, getting to meet so many incredible Australian-local food and wine producers and sampling their products, and of course, getting to meet and learn from some of my food IDOLS that I grew up watching, cook their hearts out on the big stage. So many of these individuals are the reason that I wanted to come to Australia for my exchange in the first place — to do super cool foodie things with the people and at the places that made my childhood, and it was absolutely surreal having the opportunity to chat about food, media, and life with them face-to-face. 🥺
