It’s fun trying out solo and duo configurations of Beams when it’s hard for us all to get in the same room together. This one’s called “We are Blood” and it’s from the record yet to be released.

After decades of helping bands like Titus Andronicus, the French Kicks, Real Estate and Swans realize their visions in career-building ways, he’s finally putting his own work out there with his excellent and gutsy band. This is a 37-minute collection of movements that make up a gorgeous experimental noise rock piece about his mother.
