No words can express our gratitude for all the love you showered for Bungalow Opening Day.
Having cooking for 40 years, I’ve never ever seen anything like this before. ❤️
We had more than 1000 people who came in pouring rain & freezing temperatures from around the U.S.
From my heart I want to apologize for those who couldn’t dine with us. I’m so so sorry. We have a limited seating at the restaurant.
Our reservations will open on Mar 25th (11 am).
Today and tomorrow will be again first come first serve with limited seating.
Love & Regards,
Team Bungalow
एक सौ एक - 101 Days of our temple.
Lots of guests ask us everyday that what does Bungalow 101 mean?
In India, the number 101 is considered auspicious and is often associated with Barkat (abundance of good fortune and blessings).
This belief is rooted in cultural and traditional practices. Our Grandparents always gave us 101 Rupee during Birthdays, gifts or festivals.
Gifting or donating money in amounts ending in 1, such as 101, 501, or 1001, is common. It signifies that the gesture of giving should continue and not end at a round number, promoting the idea of continuity and growth.
Thank you everyone for so much love & support. It’s all our collective BARKAT.
Thank you @infatuation for an AMAZING review.
On the auspicious 100th Day, we can’t be more grateful to Team Infatuation for loving our Bungalow & celebrating the diversity of Indian cuisine we represent.
A big thank you to our wonderful teams who are dedicated to making every guest experience as if they are visiting home.
Love & Regards,
Team Bungalow

Presenting to you our Plantain Ghee Roast
Served with tamarind-banana ketchup, fresh mango chutney, smoky plantain chips.
This dish is our humble tribute to the culinary heritage of Kundapur.
Kundapur, located on the western coast of Karnataka. The dish was first created in the kitchens of local restaurants and quickly gained popularity due to its unique taste and rich flavor.
Our plantain ghee roast delivers a burst of intense, well-rounded flavors with each bite. The combination of rich ghee, spicy masala, tangy tamarind notes, and aromatic spices create the magic. In combination with sweet-sour ketchup and mango chutney, crispy plantain chip.
The bite ends with a pleasant tang and subtle sweetness of plantain.
Bungalow Cocktails | Kali Peeli | turmeric infused tequila, mango, lime, orange cordial, rhubarb & grapefruit bitters, toasted black sesame seed salt |
From Mumbai to Manhattan. A tribute to the iconic taxis and hustling spirit of two cities that are close to our hearts. Welcoming in the new summer season. Cheers!
