I don’t know how I forgot to post this picture, it was taken around a year ago. But I think I was meant to post it on the day of a new beginning for me. My start of the journey at School for European Pastry, is my first step towards my career and this picture showed up in my highlights. So I’m posting my idols as a good luck to this journey and hopefully one day, I can become some young chefs post too❤️.
Getting to see your future life in front of you is something very rare. I got the opportunity to see food business mangers, food companies, entrepreneurs and EXCELLENT chefs!
This event was a great experience for me to talk and get to know people and learn more about the culinary industry. All thanks to my dad and chef Sanjeev for being so kind to invite us ❤️. AND OFCOURSE THE FOOD WAS IMMACULATE 🤤
In my opinion, Mexican food is the most inclusive cuisine…it has something for everyone and who doesn’t love nachos!!
So Here’s my favourite recipe for loaded nachos:
Creamy dip 🧀🫕:
10-12 leaves of parsley
6-8 leaves of basil
Cheese sauce
1 teaspoon garlic paste
A pinch of salt and pepper to taste
Spicy salsa💃:
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped tomato
1/2 cup (each) finely chopped bell peppers (green, red, yellow)
1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
1/2 teaspoon green chilli paste
A pinch of salt and pepper to taste
Guacamole 🥑:
1/2 avocado roughly chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon green chilli paste
Juice from 1/2 a lemon
A pinch of salt and pepper to taste
Coriander to garnish
Baked Beans 🫘:
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon green chilli paste
1/2 cup finely chopped onions

1/4 teaspoon of everything:
Salt
Pepper
Black salt
Oregano
Chilli flakes
Chaat masala
Peri peri powder
Sugar

1 can of baked beans
