An experience to remember. I had the incredible opportunity to work with some of the most amazing chefs and was able to learn from the very best. I feel very proud to have represented my city of San Francisco as a Mexican chef cooking Eastern Mediterranean flavors. The love and words of encouragement I received from my staff and customers over the past few months have kept me going and motivated me more than words can fully express. I feel extremely fortunate to have had the support of my team at @dalidasf and my husband, @sayatozyilmaz , throughout this journey, especially while I was away from the restaurant shortly after opening for the filming of this season of Top Chef. I will be forever impressed for the hard work of the team behind @bravotopchef including @kristenlkish , @gailsimmonseats , and @tomcolicchio . We’re celebrating #ThrowbackThursday with a glimpse inside @lasvegasrevelry ’s fantastic weekend of food, beverages, and endless entertainment. Vegas knows how to party in style! We were thrilled to be part of @wynnlasvegas ’ first food festival, participating in The Feast at The Casbah Marketplace with some amazing culinary talents. The festival featured a multi-sensory tasting experience across four distinct culinary universes, each with imaginative cocktail pairings, curated wine selections, and craft brews. We served two Dalida favorites: Lamb Chop and California Tahdig, alongside Modern Mediterranean dishes from Stephanie Sandfrey and Jose Ayala (Zaytinya by José Andrés), followed by rich Turkish coffee and Mediterranean-inspired pastries from Jennifer Yee (pastry chef, Wynn Las Vegas).
