Flashback to when @dayy.daniele was 5, and I was living with chronic migraine. On this "Happiest Day in the Palisades" I was elated to be able to walk with Dayna in the @palisadesjuly4 parade. I was in the hangover phase of my last migraine, and, while a bit ache-y and nauseous, was grateful to be out of my darkened bedroom and in the sunshine and by my girl’s side. Fast forward to 2024, a dozen years later, and I will, again, be walking in the parade. But this time not as a Proud Mama, but as a Proud Community Advocate❤️🤍💙🇺🇸
