Tom Wooldridge, also known as Tom Leppard or The Leopard Man, Brighton, England, 1995. Photo by Elvia Iannaccone (@elviaiannacconephotography ). He was once considered by Guinness World Records to be the world’s most tattooed man and later recognized as the most tattooed senior citizen. He is said to have spent £5,500 covering his skin almost entirely with a leopard-like pattern. He stated he did not feel any affiliation with leopards, and selected spots solely because they were easy for tattoo artists to do on a grand scale. #vintagetattoo #1990s

If you are in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, don’t miss this great exhibit , “Liberty the Tattooed Lady” curated by the one and only @daredevilmichelle , at the amazing @cityreliquary , a small but great community museum with lots of old NYC history, artifacts and charm! The exhibit is focused on the figure of Lady Liberty in tattooing! Lots of vintage flashes, acetates, old pics, and more, for all tattoo fanatics like me! I was happy to make it to the opening and snap some pics! Go check it out (usually open on weekends!) it’s on until January!! 🗽🗽🗽🗽 #ladyliberty
