Vorige zomer was het er niet van gekomen, maar nu maakte ik eindelijk de wide strap maxi dress van Peppermint magazine. Het is een makkelijk patroon; het duurt langer om uit te zoeken hoe lang de bandjes en de elastiek precies moeten zijn dan om de jurk ineen te zetten 😅. Het stofje is een viscose van Fibre Mood dat ik kocht bij Vandaels. 🇬🇧 I've been wanting to make this wide strap maxi dress by Peppermint magazine since last year and now I've finally managed to do so. [Werbung] Hallie & Dahlia Before the #linkpartyed29 @fibremood is over I would like to show you my make of the new issue. I chose #fibremoodhallie , a one shoulder top with a twisted strap. I made size XS and only twisted the strap twice instead of three times as it didn’t look good with my fabric. I combined the top to a new pair of shorts, it’s #fibremooddahlia in size 34 for the waist and 36 for the hips. I dropped the turn-up from the original and lengthened the shorts by 5cm. For both I used lightweight linen in lilac and moss green by @thekindfabric , which has a great quality and is perfect for summer clothing. You will get a 10% discount until tomorrow, as Anna is on vacation, so make sure to check out her shop. . Pattern and fabric were kindly gifted to me. Earrings by @valerie.vienne . . Kurz vor knapp zeige ich euch heute meine Hallie aus der neuen #fibremood Ausgabe. Das Top kommt mit einem verdrehtem Träger, ein cooles Detail, was aber auch eher fließenden Stoff braucht. Ich habe deswegen meine Version aus Leinen einmal weniger gedreht, da es sonst nicht mehr schön fiel. Genäht habe ich eine XS. Dazu habe ich mir noch eine #fibremooddahlia genäht, ein schöner Schnitt, der schon lang auf meiner Liste stand. Ich habe eine 34 in der Taille und 36 an der Hüfte genäht, um 5cm verlängert und die Umschläge am Saum weggelassen. Vorn gefällt sie mir sehr, hinten gibt’s leider Tendenzen zu AFH, vielleicht muss ich da nochmal die Kurve im Schritt vergrößern. Für beide Teile durfte ich leichten Leinen von @thekindfabric in Lilac und Moss Green vernähen. Der Stoff trägt sich sehr angenehm, ist total weich und macht einen qualitativ hochwertigen Eindruck. Wenn etwas so gar nicht passt ... Nein, es geht nicht um den Schnitt an sich - der passt wunderbar. Es geht um die Idee dahinter .... aber von vorne: Heute ist der letzter Tag der #fibremoodlinkpartyed29 , und ich hab diesmal nicht nur den Jumpsuit Felicia genäht, sondern auch das Top Ines. Die ursprüngliche Idee: Ines als "Schlechtwetterergänzung" zum Drunterziehen. Die hatte sich aber erledigt, nachdem ich Felicia die auf Falten fixierten Gürtelschlaufen verpasst hatte ( siehe betreffend post) - damit fällt diese Kombination in die Rubrik "Dinge, die Sie niemals gemeinsam tragen sollten". 🙃 Aaaaber: Ines kombiniert mit Hosen ( Barrellegs zum Beispiel 😉) mag ich sehr - wie hier zu sehen! Top: #fibremoodines von @fibremood , verlängert um 5cm Stoff: @textilmueller Hose #justmyluckjeans von @forest.and.thread 🇬🇧 No, it's not about the pattern itself - it fits perfectly. It's about the idea behind it .... but from the beginning: today is the last day of the #fibremoodlinkpartyed29 , andjumpsuit, but also the Ines top. The original idea: Ines as a "bad weather addition" to wear underneath. But that was cancelled after I gave Felicia the pleated belt loops (see related post) - so this combination falls into the category "things you should never wear together". 🙃 But: I really like Ines combined with trousers (barrellegs for example 😉) - as you can see here!
