still really vibrating from being able to witness this. watching the sun sliver and sliver away until my glasses were totally dark, and then looking up and over the cardboard to see the eye of the fucking universe just sitting there and staring back at us, everything in total shadowed reverence until it all flashed back to normal a few minutes later. cosmic is the only word I can use to describe something so incomprehensible and so humbling
Over the last few years I've dug exponentially deeper into anything and everything on the long bustling jazz/world/smooth/noize/loudness/silence records from the ECM label and I've had a really wonderful, beautiful time doing it. I wanted to listen through my whole physical collection via random number generators once I hit 100 LPs, and now that I've barreled past that I figure I'd actually do it! Stay tuned at @fritz_plays_his_ecm_records for pictures of records and probably some brief thoughts on how much I like them!!
