Well folks, we did it. 15 years ago I was a lonely kid with a job I didn’t like. I ‘won’ free tickets to see a comedy show at Go Bananas from 92.5 The Fox. I saw @abelincolntshirt perform and asked him after the show how to do comedy. He said “you just sign up”. I asked where, and he said with him. So I signed up. I stepped foot on stage at @gobananascomedy for the first time 15 years ago. I was wearing an argyle vest. Last night I got to fulfill a dream of headlining the comedy club where it all began. Surrounded by friends, family, and dare I say a few fans. I got to do 50 minutes of comedy on the same stage that I have seen the best comedians in the world perform. Personal heroes of mine. And I got to do the same thing as them last night. Damn that was cool. Thanks to all the folks who came out, especially my incredible wife @courtney.memmott sorry it was all about you. Shout out to my brother @coreycommissions for coming in from DC and my parents @tinaneyer and John for making it happen.
