Well once I got to about Delaware on the lake shore drive trail, it started thundering and storming so I decided to abort the run and the very exposed to thunder beach and I went back north to go through the beach tunnel (which was completely full of high school kids) out to the Drake for cover. Lyft was $57 so my first time taking the red line from downtown. It was fun to find another route and the LSD exercise trail was in full effect! I’m grateful to God for another day of life, music, Wife family, friends, food, fitness, opportunity to experience the glory of the world🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Three shorter runs from this week, I was able to go a little faster today, get some Sun and air as well as meet this interesting poodle. Running and exercise, one of the ultimate anti depressant/ anti-stress strategies for me.
Half Marathon #10 (a big start and stop fight that I was grateful to win!) then another little Marathon with incredible young musicians @colliersworld@ihitmybestfriends and Richard Gibbs. Thank God for Victory, family and blessing!🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
A fight with my estranged upright and the bass amp eq this past Monday with the great Bruce Henry, wonderful Jo Ann Daugherty and incredible Charles Heath ! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 very grateful for what I get to do!
