Even more personal than the previous ones, this collection is a story of transmission. With this show, I recount the key moments of my life through women who matter to me, spanning all generations.
The 32 silhouettes embody this passing on of the feminine touch, just as I myself wore the clothes of my grandmother, and then my mother. A perpetual cycle that testifies that beautiful clothes have multiple lives and carry stories within them. Hemp makes its debut in the Maison. Coming from a very first harvest, it shines with its irresistible imperfection. Raw, natural, ideally imperfect, it brings strength and vigor to dresses that combine corset tops and prominent low-waist skirts. The colors fit into a realistic and soft palette. From powder blue, to seafoam green, through red wine and earth tones, all shades accompany this idea of returning to origins and nature. As a common thread, flowers show up here and there, in the form of jacquard fabrics, embroideries or frills that poetically reproduce their corollas. Personification of woman par excellence, flowers delicately symbolize, in all their forms, the different stages of a woman’s life.
A story that stands the test of time and takes root right there, before your eyes. —
